General comments
Indien bij (verdenking op) groep A streptokokkeninfectie clindamycine gegeven wordt om de toxineproductie te remmen: duur clinda o.b.v. klinische respons, geen vaste duur van 7 dg
Invasieve groep A-streptokokkenfecties zijn meldingsplichtig, groep B2
Gentamicine in principe gedurende 48u (zie ook "middelen" en "TDM"). Indien de verwekker na 2 doseringen gentamicine nog niet bekend is, overleggen met arts-microbioloog of A-team.
