General comments
1SR, one-staged revision; 2SR, two-staged revision; DAIR, debridement, antibiotics and implant retention
Bij empirische therapie:
● Als een patiënt tevens een bacteriemie, endocarditis of candidemie heeft: aanpassing empirische therapie kan nodig zijn, zie betreffende SWAB richtlijn.
● Dosering kan afhankelijk van nierfunctie zijn.
● Empirische therapie evt. aanpassen bij kolonisatie met MRSA of BRMO.
● Overweeg empirisch toevoegen rifampicine direct na DAIR of 1SR voor optimale behandeling staphylococci.
