General comments
Bij groot tubo-ovarieel abces overweeg metronidazol 500 mg 3 dd i.p.v. 2 dd
Indien de patiënt geen orale medicatie verdraagt èn adequate behandeling van Chlamydia vereist is, wordt gekozen voor de combinatie die genoemd staat bij “overgevoeligheid voor ofloxacine”. Doxycycline is beschikbaar voor i.v. therapie.”
