Indien antibiotische behandeling geïndiceerd is: bij cholecystectomie of goede drainage: 48 uur behandelen, bij onvolledige drainage 10-14 dg.
Opties voor orale uitbehandeling in geval onvolledige drainage: levofloxacine + metronidazol, clindamycine+ ciprofloxacine, ciprofloxacine + metronidazol of Augmentin + ciprofloxacine.
